The Toyota Tacoma is a compact pickup truck which was first introduced in 1995. It has been a great fit for the North American market, especially where fuel efficiency and smaller size are desired. The tacoma interior will be redesigned for 2022 to take advantage of current design trends while still maintaining its classic look and feel.

The new Tacoma has four doors, space for up to five passengers, and an available third row seat. In order to reduce the vehicle’s environmental impact, Toyota is planning on using LED headlights with automatic high beams as well as other technologies such as stop-start technology which shuts off the engine when stopped and then restarts it when traffic begins moving again (Toyota).

Interior Features of Toyota Tacoma 2022 :

1. Global Positioning System (GPS) and Navigation System

The system uses the latest technology to provide actual 3D shapes in the map. It is possible for several cars to be on the same route, up to 20 cars, and locations can be exchanged between them. The system also has built-in multiple languages such as English, Chinese, French, Korean, Japanese and Russian along with European languages such as German and French. The navigation system can locate people who are stored in your contact list so that you can call them when they are located on the same route you are travelling on (Green Car Reports).

2. 4-Door Configuration

The new Tacoma has 4 doors and the interior has been designed to have the same design as used in the current model, with a package that includes an open cargo area, seats and controls for child safety (Green Car Reports).

3. LED Headlights with Automatic High Beam

This new technology will allow for drivers to be more aware of their surroundings. It will combine an automatic high beam function and an LED headlight system which will make it easier on drivers at night when driving through areas where there is heavy traffic or fog.

When the vehicle’s sensors detect light levels, they will use this information to automatically change between high intensity headlights and low beams (Green Car Reports). The automatic high beam is a system that will automatically switch between high beams and low beams to avoid blinding drivers and other cars. The goal is to make it easier on drivers at night when travelling through areas with heavy traffic or fog.

4. Stop-Start Technology

Being that the design of the new Tacoma is similar to its predecessor, there have been some changes made in order to reduce the impact on the environment. One of these changes includes technologies such as stop-start technology which shuts off the engine when stopped and then restarts it when traffic begins moving again (Green Car Reports). This technology will allow for fuel savings and better air quality.

5. Automatic Headlight Range

This new technology will allow for drivers to be more aware of their surroundings. It will combine an automatic high beam function and an LED headlight system which will make it easier on drivers at night when driving through areas where there is heavy traffic or fog (Green Car Reports).

6. Climate Control System

This system will allow for the temperature in the vehicle to be controlled and set according to the desired temperature. It will also allow for drivers to switch between different modes such as a fan, vent and even an air conditioner (Green Car Reports). This system can also be used on non-Tacoma vehicles.

7. Modified Analog Gauges with Digital Display

This new technology will allow drivers to display more information such as trip distance, average speed and engine temperature (Green Car Reports). It will also use a new type of display which is based on analog gauges but with a digital read-out. This combination of analog gauges and digital read-outs gives the driver more information while keeping the Tacoma’s classic design intact.

8. LED Push Start Button

This feature will allow for the engine to rev up in less than a second, get into gear and start moving (Green Car Reports). It will reduce the time it takes to get in and out of the vehicle, as well as speeding up the time it takes to start driving.

9. Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC)

This is similar to existing systems used on other vehicles. It can change lane positions, if available, between 30 and 70 mph and will follow a car in front at speeds between 35-45 mph. It can change lanes when the driver first activates it at speeds between 35-45 mph or when there is an obstruction.
