Sugary foods or snacks are very sweet and delightful to have but very dangerous to health. Choosing a healthy snack option can be a hard task for an individual suffering from diabetes. While selecting a snack, it is compulsory to choose a low sugar snack that is high in fiber, protein and contains a good amount of healthy fats. These nutrients will help a person regulate blood sugar levels. There are many low sugar snacks available for an individual suffering from diabetes. 

Diabetes is a disease that occurs when a person’s blood glucose levels are very high. It is a primary energy source. It originates from the food that an individual consumes.
